Dear guests, we are pleased to introduce you to our new apartment house SB77.
The holiday home is located in Leogang, in a central location, next to the cycling and hiking path, at the foot of the Leoganger Steinberge, in Sonnberg 77, near the lifts and shops.
It is an exclusive apartment house with only two holiday apartments. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Guests have at their disposal a large open area, a fenced parking space and large storage rooms for bicycles and ski equipment.

Both apartments have several bathrooms and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. State-of-the-art box spring beds guarantee a restful sleep. Bright rooms and lots of fresh air ensure a pleasant feeling of space. The apartments are characterized by environmentally friendly underfloor heating, soundproof windows, real wood floors and modern flooring. We achieved the modern look with little decoration.

In summer and in winter with the Saalfelden Leogang Card many great benefits, such as daily one-time mountain ride on the Asitz or Steinberg cable car or daily unlimited free admission to the swimming pools in Leogang and Saalfelden, are already included in the room price.
Location / Getting there
Our two apartment houses are located close to the center of Leogang, on a flat surface without gradients, just a five-minute walk from the ski bus stop. You can reach the Steinbergbahn (1.5 km) or the Asitzbahn (2.5 km) in just ten minutes. There are shopping opportunities nearby: 10 minutes to the village shop, 15 minutes to the supermarket.
Guests say: “extremely convenient location”. In good snow conditions, guests can go almost up to us with the skis.
Many attractions are nearby: It is 7 km to Saalfelden, 22 km from Zell am See / Kaprun, 28 km to the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, 70 km to the city of Salzburg or 110 kms to Innsbruck.
Leogang, Sonnberg 77
Journey description: outside the Leogang area, turn north off the main road opposite the Hartl sawmill. Then immediately turn right and drive a few hundred meters east and before the next fork in the road turn left into the car park lot of Leogang, Sonnberg 77.
Leogang in Summer
In summer there are plenty of leisure opportunities. You can go hiking, climbing and enjoying nature. In the mountains many cottages are available. If you do not want to walk, you can rent a bike, or you can go to the swimming pool. The pool is at the end of our street (5 minute walk). Nearby are a kart track or a tennis court.
There are two summer toboggan runs, a flying fox and many children walking paths in the mountains.
Leogang in Winter
Leogang is located in the largest ski area in Austria, Skicircus Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fieberbrunn. The ski area has 270 km of slopes and 70 lifts. A great place for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking. So you can enjoy your winter holiday in one of the most snow-sure ski resort in Austria. The ski season lasts until Easter.
